Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Summer Enrichment Program
This event is in the past.
Interested in learning ways you can explore international careers? Have you considered working abroad as a career?
This info session will discuss the Rangel Summer Enrichment Program, a fully funded program hosted by Howard University which encourages undergraduate students traditionally underrepresented in the field of international relations to network, take classes, and develop professional skills for six weeks. It covers tuition, travel, room and board, and a $3,200 stipend.
The Rangel Graduate Fellowship, Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship and Payne Fellowship are for graduating senior and young professionals interested in careers with the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Agency for International Development. These programs offer support for graduate school, two summer internships, and support through entry into the U.S. Foreign Service or the USAID Foreign Service. Although this program is hosted by Howard University, Wayne State students are invited to apply.
