Amid surging violence and companies promising to increase their diversity efforts, Asian Americans are frustrated with the lack of progress and prejudice faced in the workplace. Asian Americans have a strong presence in corporate America, but they are virtually absent in executive roles. This panel discussion will examine the barriers such as implicit bias and stereotypes that have long been used to hold Asian Americans back in the workplace.
