overweight or have obesity. There is no
magic cure for losing or maintain a healthy
weight. A strategy requires more than just
calorie counting. It is a combination of
nutrition, exercise and an overall healthful
lifestyle that attributes to successful weight
management. When we understand that
non-food related issues such sleep and
stress are also factors that need be regulated
along with diet, nutrition and exercise
we can create lifetime of healthy weight
management.
