The event includes a book summary and reflections by our panel and an open Q&A time. The panel discussion is moderated by Michael Simon M.D. Professor of Medicine, Department of Oncology, Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute at Wayne State University School of Medicine.
The Health Equity Book Club is a venture of the Office of Cancer Research, Training, and Education at Karmanos Cancer Institute. While reading the book selection is recommended, it is not required to take part in the discussion.
