Arbitration is an increasingly common feature of international agreements and so has become a bread and butter issue for many practicing lawyers. A panel of expert scholars and practitioners will review the most recent developments in international arbitration and describe how lawyers approach both creating arbitration agreements and resolving disputes before international arbitrators.
