TOPIC:

"Molecular Mechanisms Regulating Relapse Vulnerability in Substance Use Disorder"

Objectives:

1.  Describe multiple preclinical tests for relapse-associated behaviors.

2.  Discuss ways in which epigenetic factors can influence relapse vulnerability.

3.  Describe brain circuits required for drug-cue reactivity and relapse in preclinical models of substance use disorder.

4.  Identify several molecules in the brain that control drug-cue reactivity.
