"Clinical Features, Assessment, and Treatment of Body Dysmorphic Disorder"


Objectives: 

1.  To describe research findings on the clinical features of body dysmorphic disorder, including prevalence, phenomenology, morbidity, and neurobiology.

2.  To identify evidence-based treatment strategies for body dysmorphic disorder, including pharmacologic approaches and cognitive-behavioral approaches.

3.  To demonstrate the ability to recognize and diagnose body dysmorphic disorder.
