Mindfulness and Meditation

There is ample research that shows how
mindfulness training can benefit workers.
Organizations are leveraging it to create
happier, healthier employees and a more
positive workplace culture. In this course,
we will define what mindfulness is and how
it can be beneficial at work, home and even
how it can benefit children. We’ll explore
seven effortless ways to be mindful every
day. At the end of the session, we’ll spend
some time reviewing how to meditate and
then put it to practice.
