It’s a common misconception that skimping on sleep is necessary to succeed in college. However, research shows that a lack of sleep can negatively affect a student’s academic success, ability to concentrate, mental health, and immune system.
In this workshop, you will learn about the science of sleep and understand how sleep is an important part of the learning and memory process. In addition, you will leave equipped with tips to help you overcome common sleep disruptions and a plan to optimize your quality of sleep.
