Franita Tolson, Gould School of Law, University of Southern California, will present on chapters from her upcoming book, In Congress We Trust?: Enforcing Voting Rights from the Founding to the Jim Crow Era. 

The Charles H. Gershenson Faculty Workshop Series at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit brings leading scholars from across the country to present works in progress for comment and discussion.
