This event is in the past.
Join the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development for an overview of the promotion process for faculty (teaching), followed by a panel of faculty who are going up for promotion or have recently completed the process. We'll go over both the promotion to associate professor (teaching) and full professor (teaching), the differences between teaching faculty and tenure-track factors and guidelines, the materials needed for packets, what to expect throughout, and how to prepare your professional record for promotion packets, after which the panel will be available to address attendee's questions.

- Sean Hickey, Assistant Professor (Teaching), Chemistry, CLAS
- Linda Jimenez, Associate Professor (Teaching), Education
- Christine Knapp, Assistant Professor (Teaching), CMLLC, CLAS
- Samuele Zilioli, Associate Professor, Psychology, CLAS
