14th Annual El Nuevo Comienzo
Latina/o/x & Native Student Graduation Celebration
Location: WSU Student Center
El Nuevo Comienzo is open to all graduating WSU students at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional level. The purpose is to highlight achievements of Latina/o/x and Native graduates at WSU. We hope to provide a space for honoring the support and contributions of family, friends, mentors, and the community. Through the ceremony we hope to also motivate future Latina/o/x and Native Wayne State Warriors to reach their degrees.
This is a free event. A special sash will be given to all participants during the event.
PLEASE NOTE this is not an alternative graduation, but rather a celebration of success. We strongly encourage your participation in the University Commencement - please visit commencement.wayne.edu for more information.
ALL ARE WELCOME!
