The Office of Graduate Medical Education in the WSU School of Medicine invites medical students, residents, and faculty to attend the 2023 Quality Improvement (QI) Research Day, co-sponsored by GME and our primary clinical learning site, Ascension Providence Rochester Hospital (APRH) in Rochester, MI. Join us for a competitive event showcasing our Internal Medicine, Transitional Year, Family Medicine/Family Medicine-Urban Track residents' QI research projects conducted during AY 2022-23. This will be a virtual event.
Judges include Camelia Arsene, MD, PhD, Director of Undergraduate Medical Education, St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital; Jason Booza, PhD, WSUSOM Asst. Dean of Continuous Quality Improvement and Compliance; and Vincent Borla, DO, Clinical Asst. Professor, WSUSOM Dept. of Emergency Medicine. The keynote speaker will be Robert Flora, MD, MBA, MPH, Chief Academic Officer and VP of Academic Affairs, McLaren Health Care.
