Do you feel we live in a culture where disconnection and division rule? In this insightful webinar, renowned speaker, author, and equity consultant Dr. Nancy Dome is a breath of fresh air. With her unique blend of empathy, vulnerability, and unflinching honesty, she guides audiences beyond the thorniness of difficult topics to discover humanity at its center, revealing a place where connection can take root and thrive. Using the guidance from Dr. Dome's book, Let's Talk About Race (and Other Hard Things): A Framework for Having Conversations that Build Bridges, Strengthen Relationships, and Set Clear Boundaries. You will walk away with a new perspective, an appreciation for Compassionate DialogueⓇ, and a reason to believe that you can take actionable steps to achieve a culture of respect and belonging.
