Join DD Council Staff and Youth Employment Ambassador Hosts, as we discuss how the Charting the LifeCourse tools will help you have the conversations, explore the vision, and plan the life experiences and supports to set you on your career path.

• Learn how the LifeCourse tools will help you think about your career goals.
• See ‘real life’ examples on how to use the tools to support employment goals.

• People are using it to communicate their needs.

• Parents are setting higher expectations for their children.
• Families are exploring the services and supports they need.
