Come join us for a series of activities designed to help staff relax and recharge after all of their hard work getting ready for the start of another amazing academic year.
The Fall Opening Employee Engagement Committee is offering something for everyone with a series of short drop-in activities to inspire a sense of peace and calm and/or to energize and get your body moving! Pick from a full schedule of rotating yoga, tai chi, and meditation sessions; attend workshops to help you sleep or manage stress; and rejuvenate anytime with ongoing activities such as chair massage and crafts. All sessions are led by campus members and Wellness Warrior partners.

- 11:20 - 11:35pm: Gentle Yoga (Hilberry E)
- 11:40 - 11:55pm: Tai Chi (Hilberry E)
- 12:00 - 12:15pm: Tai Chi (Hilberry E)
- 12:20 - 12:35pm: Gentle Yoga (Hilberry E)
- 12:40 - 12:55pm: Tai Chi (Hilberry E)
- 1:00 - 1:15pm: Meditation (Hilberry D)
- 1:20 - 1:35pm: Sleep and Wellness (Hilberry D)
- 1:40 - 1:55pm: Yoga Nidra (Hilberry D)
- 2:00 - 2:15pm: Meditation (Hilberry D)
- 2:20 - 2:35pm: Stress and the Thinking Brain (Hilberry D)
- 2:40 - 3:00pm: Yoga Nidra (Hilberry D)
- 11am -3pm (ongoing): Tech-Free Zone with chair massage, adult coloring, and more! (Hilberry C)
