Title: A Neural Network Solution of Partial Differential Equations.
Abstract:
In this talk I am going report on the paper "DGM: A Deep Learning Algorithm for Solving Partial Differential Equations" by J. Sirignano and K. Spiliopoulos. Journal of Computational Physics 375 (2018), 1339-1364.
Since the authors used the Monte Carlo Method (MCM) in this paper, I shall first give a brief introduction to MCM.
