Friday, September 22nd at noon “Occupational therapy in Adult Rehabilitation*”
presented by Mary Meyer, OTRL
Mary Meyer, OTRL is a neuro rehabilitation occupational therapist who has been with Michigan Medicine since 2017. She graduated with a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Saginaw Valley State University in 2016. She enjoys working with all patients with neurological disorders, especially adults
with pediatric-acquired disorders. Mary is also a current member of the Committee for Pediatric-Onset Disabilities at Michigan Medicine. This presentation will discuss how occupational therapy services support
individuals with cerebral palsy, as well as how it relates to outpatient adult rehabilitation. In addition, Mary will also offer evidence-based interventions provided by outpatient occupational therapy. *We will be talking about sex.
