Over the summer Donyale Padgett was appointed Interim Associate Provost for Diversity and Inclusion/Chief Diversity Officer of Wayne State University. In addition to her new role, Padgett is an Associate Professor of Diversity, Culture, and Communication in the Department of Communication where she has worked since 2002.
