Before the Mental Health Crisis: Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT)

Assisted Outpatient Treatment is an effective tool for civil courts and mental health systems to work collaboratively to help individuals with serious mental illness prevent or stop a cycle of hospitalizations, homelessness and incarceration.

Join us on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 7:00 PM . We are pleased to invite you to the Hannah Community Center Auditorium, 819 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823, where this in-person gathering will take place.

Discover the significance of Assisted Outpatient Treatment and gain a deeper understanding of mental health challenges. Our expert speakers will discuss the benefits of AOT for people with mental illness and the community, the positive steps already taken to implement AOT in the Lansing area, and what can be done to improve access to this important service.
