  • Deepen your understanding of the stakes and remedies.
  • Gain good, practical experience.
  • Take part in the greater effort to address these critical life-sustaining matters.

Join the Honors College for an informal info session on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 2:00 to 3:00pm in 2100 UGL and hear from experts partnering with Honors in offering interships in climate and the environment and consider ways to engage!

  • Gretchen Abrams, Executive Director of Detroit Audubon will discuss her organization's broader mission and details on the Wayne State University Birding Internship.
  • Stathis Pauls, of the MSU-Detroit Partnership for Food, Learning and Innovation will give background on this MSU Extension program and share urban agriculture-related internship opportunities.
  • A third and yet-to-be-announced will climate-related internships. 

Light refreshments will be served.
