Wayne Law’s Mock Trial and Criminal Law Society (CLAWS) invite you to join them for a conversation with Jeffrey Schenk, Partner in the Investigations and White-Collar Defense Practice at Jones Day and former Assistant U.S. Attorney and Chief of the San Jose Branch of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California.

The discussion will be moderated by Hannah Berghol, 3L Mock Trial Commissioner and Emma Klug, 2L Criminal Law Society President. The moderators will discuss a wide range of topics with Mr. Schenck, including his experiences working for the Department of Justice as the lead prosecutor who secured the indictments and ultimate convictions of Elizabeth Holmes and Ramesh Balwani of Theranos, Inc. The discussion will also cover Mr. Schenk’s extensive trial experience, work with federal and state regulatory agencies, and practice in the private sector.
