The WSU School of Social Work is committed to implementing Restorative Practices to build stronger workplace relationships and address conflict with care. We encourage SSW faculty and staff to join us for our Champion Circle. You can participate to:
- Get guidance and support implementing restorative practices in your own work;
- Get guidance on improving a harmed work-relationship using restorative practices; or
- Hold a restorative or preventative circle facilitated by a Champion Circle member.
