Legal Entity Formation 101

This informative workshop presented by the student legal team at the Wayne State Business and Community Law Clinic details explains the differences between types of legal entities, commercial lease considerations, and social enterprises. This is a great opportunity for anyone thinking of starting a business or venture to learn about the pros, cons, and implications of different legal structures.
Continuing Education: Attendees can obtain 1.5 social work CECH for $10 upon completion of the training, payment receipt and passing of the post-training quiz. All attendees seeking CE's must sign-in at the event vai the link posted in the chat and stay for the full duration. Attendees will receive the payment, and post-test/evaluation links at the conclusion of the training. A CECH certificate will be emailed within 7 - 10 business days after the event.
