Wayne Pediatrics is partnering with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to host a teddy bear clinic helping metro Detroit children better understand diabetes tech including pumps, monitors, and apps at their 400 Mack clinic in downtown Detroit this November 18 from 9:30 am to 12 p.m.
The teddy bear clinic will have children ages 4-12 visiting various stations at the Wayne Pediatrics clinic with their favorite stuffed animal to better understand how to care for themselves while living with diabetes. Children are invited to bring their own stuffed animals to bring to the clinic.
