Stop by the Writing Center between Monday, November 27th and Friday, December 8th to continue the giving season by leaving a message of thanks, gratitude, and appreciation on our gratitude wall. You can say thanks to a peer, a teacher, a mentor, an adviser, or just talk about anything that has positively impacted your life.
Expressions of gratitude are a powerful way to connect with those around you as well as boost your own mental health. We look forward to sharing this special exercise with you!
