The Wayne State University School of Social Work Doctoral Program invites you to attend the dissertation defense of Julie Ribaudo, LMSW, IMH-E. Ribaudo will present “Parenting in the Shadow of Adversity: The Impact of Maternal Representation, Reflectivity, and Disrupted Caregiving Behavior on Infant Attachment Security”. This dissertation will examine interpersonal and contextual factors that influence mothering and the development of infant attachment security in the face of maternal adversity.
