Starting Wednesday, December 13, 2023^, Wayne State University's research cores will transition from Infinity to iLab’s software to streamline the process of ordering and billing for core services. 

To assist faculty in this transition, a training session will be held with iLab to learn how to register for an account, create a service or equipment request and more. The training session will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 12 from 2 to 2:30 p.m. via Teams. Login information will be emailed to Wayne State University registrants. 

All facility users are required to have a registered iLabs account. This includes:

1.      Internal Customers without an Infinity account will require a one-time registration.

2.      Internal Customers with an active Infinity account will be able to use their WSU single sign on to access iLabs.  No further registration is required.

3.      All external customers will require a one-time registration.
