First Fridays in Anthropology: Dr. Stacey Camp, Hidden in Plain Sight Discovering Michigan State University’s First Observatory

Please join us on Friday, January 12, from 3-5 pm, for our next First Fridays in Anthropology! This event will feature Dr. Stacey Camp, (Associate Professor of Anthropology, Graduate Program Director, Director of the MSU Campus Archaeology Program) who will give a talk entitled Discovering Michigan State University’s First Observatory. The talk will be followed by an informal reception. RECEPTION CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER


This event will be held online via Zoom. Registration is required to attend via Zoom. 

First Fridays are inviting, accessible, introductions to anthropological research, with a focus on the significance of anthropology for the public. Please bring your colleagues, friends, and family -- these talks are meant to be accessible to a broad audience.
