Free STI Testing
Our Campus Health Center outreach team will host free Get Yourself Tested (GYT) clinics in the following residential housing locations.
- Ghafari — Thursday, Feb. 29, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Anthony Wayne Apartments — Tuesday, March 5, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
FAQ
- Do I need an appointment? No appointment is needed; it is walk-in only.
- What should I bring? All we need is a photo ID.
- Is there a cost? The test is free. We do NOT need an insurance card.
- Do you draw blood? No needles are involved; simply provide a urine sample.
- What STIs do you test for? The GYT test will detect chlamydia and/or gonorrhea.
- When will I get results? Results typically take a week. Our nurse will call you with your results.
- Why should I get tested? Many STIs do not have symptoms but can cause issues if left untreated.
- What if the dates/times don’t work for me? You can be tested at Campus Health Center by scheduling an appointment.
