Presented by The ARC of United States: In this webinar listeners will enhance their knowledge about criminalization disability and mental health response. People with disabilities, primarily people of color with disabilities and multi-marginalized people with disabilities, are criminalized at significantly higher rates than individuals without disabilities. This presentation will focus more specifically on the criminalization of people with psychiatric disabilities, particularly when it comes to police involvement in mental health crisis response.
