Join us for the next HCS Research Workshop, where lunch will be provided!
We will include a “tasting menu” of topics applicable to investigators of all levels. The HCS Research Committee will tailor the information so individuals at any stage of research can benefit — from “I haven’t started yet” to “I’ve started but I have questions” to “I’m an expert.”
Attendees are welcome to spend all their time at one topic or migrate between topics.
Topics include:
- Developing your “research brand”
- Writing a killer abstract
• Includes active review + workshopping of abstracts - Creating a better poster
• Includes creation of a poster (bring your data!), transition from traditional poster to better poster, and workshopping of in-prep posters - Applying for the HCS Research Award
• Includes elements of a superior application, eligibility, how to use the funds to meet your research goals, etc.
