The WSU Applebaum Health & Wellness Committee invites you to experience a Himalayan singing bowl relaxation meditation, a centuries-old practice originating from the Himalayan Buddhist tradition. It involves using metal bowls to produce resonant and soothing sounds.

Participants should bring a bottle of water and can choose to sit or lie down during the session. If lying down, bring a yoga mat, small blanket, and pillow.
