Please join us for a debate featuring Professor Aman McLeod of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and Professor Nathan Goetting of Adrian College. Professor McLeod and Professor Goetting will be debating whether former President Donald J. Trump is disqualified from holding the office of President because he "engaged in insurrection" against the Constitution of the United States—and that he did so after taking an oath "as an officer of the United States" to "support" the Constitution.
