The faculty of the Wayne State Graduate Programs in Public Administration cordially invite you to join us for the 2024 Lent Upson Reception and Forum.

This year, we will be holding the reception first, starting with a 5:30 pm networking reception and followed by a brief 6:00 pm awards recognition program. We will be inducting members into Pi Alpha Alpha (the public administration honor society) and awarding some scholarships. Hors d oeuvres and drinks will be served.

At 7:00 pm, we will be holding our forum on the Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission, with opening remarks by our very own Professor Marjorie Sarbaugh-Thompson, followed by commentary from a distinguished panel of guests that include Clara Hendrickson (Detroit Free Press) and Edward Woods III (Michigan Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission).
