CARDIO MIX: A combination of cardiorespiratory/endurance challenges including Beginners Zumba, Step, and dynamic exercises to strengthen your heart, lungs, and skeletal muscles and improve your body composition with modifications as needed for all adults & fitness levels. In person for MHRFC members & guests. Also available virtually for SilverSneakers members.
Free to ALL students and MHRFC members but a $10 drop in fee for non-members.
