This session will provide a brief demo of this new tool and a safe space for participants to share questions and best practices about how to:

- Give & receive just-in-time performance feedback and recognition.
- Use Cornerstone and other tools to document, track, and ask for/provide support needed to achieve performance, learning & development, and career goals.
