Stabilize, Stretch, and Strengthen: A circuit of bosu balls and freestanding, seated, or walking balance challenges, incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, and other resistance challenges, ending with static stretching and moderated movements adapted from Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qigong with modifications as needed for all adults & fitness levels. In person for MHRFC members & guests. Also available virtually for SilverSneakers members.
Free to ALL students and MHRFC members but a $10 drop in fee for non-members.
