The Wayne State University School of Social Work and Doctoral Program invites you to join them for the PhD Dissertation Defense by Crecendra Boone. Boone will be presenting her research study entitled "Aging Lives Matter: An Exploration of Spirituality and Prayer in the Lives of African American Older Adults". Her research study examined how African American older adults use spirituality and prayer to cope with life difficulties. 

This event will be held hybrid, both in person in the School of Social Work Room #233 and via Teams.
