We'll review changes in the FY25 Annual Performance Plan and the inclusion of values in performance goals. Come prepared to think about a staff member's goals we could use as an example. In this session, we'll touch upon:

• What the new FY25 Annual Performance Plan looks like
• Writing an outcome-based goal - for tasks that repeat year after year as well as for special projects
• Utilizing ChatGPT as a resource to write SMART goals with WSU value behaviors
• Defining success & how it relates to end-of-the-year ratings 
• Entering & approving goals in Cornerstone and scheduling and conducting meaningful goal planning conversations
