Title: Biostatistics at the University of Mcihigan

Abstract:  Biostatistics is an exciting career for people who like math and are interested in contributing to human health. Biostatisticians develop designs, methods, and computational tools to analyze biomedical data to help understand the basis of human health and disease, develop new drugs, decide whether the drugs work, and predict how long a person with a particular disease will survive. Biostatistics at Michigan offers graduate degrees in Biostatistics and Health Data Science, as well as the undergraduate Big Data Summer Institute for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors. Come learn about biostatistics, our department and its programs, financial support, and career opportunities.
