Complete manager review for employee in Cornerstone Conversations
For Staff Association Members and Non-Represented Leaders and Staff. Includes:
- Academic Administrators
- Executives
- Managers
- Researchers and Non-Represented Staff
New employees hired after 7/1/24 will not participate in the FY2024 Annual Review but will be included in the FY2025 Performance Management process to allow acclimation time and initial goal clarification.
If performance goals were approved prior to the annual review, they will be pre-populated. If not, supervisors can still complete the review process and may wish to review a copy of the employee's performance plan in Cornerstone before completing this step.
