Join us for a beginner workshop in the practice of Tai Chi, an ancient, mind-body practice that involves slow, circular movements, deep breathing and focus. Tai Chi helps to improve strength, flexibility, and balance and provides other health benefits. This event is open to faculty, staff, and students at Applebaum College.
