Who Should Attend: Clinical and medical directors, adult mental health services directors, court liaisons, CEOs, ACT and outreach case management team members, homeless outreach team members and clubhouse staff.
Objectives:
During this session you will learn how to gather and partner with those systems vital to the AOT process to effectively implement an AOT program within a community.
1. Participants will learn to identify appropriate partners within the AOT process.
2. Participants will learn ways to approach and share information with partners.
3. Participants will view how communities have set up AOT to suit the needs of their citizens
