Boxing Madness - Group Fitness Training
Boxing Madness is a hybrid of boxing movements mixed with team sports style strength and cardio training exercises. A high energy boxing obstacle course in a constantly changing athletic training environment designed to improve strength, cardio and agility. Rather than staying in the same spot while punching the bags we move around the entire room. We have some boxing gloves to lend people but it’s first come first serve. Bring your gloves if you have them or purchase them from the RFC front desk. Everyone goes at their own pace and we have modified movements for all levels. If you are new to the class, please try to arrive a few minutes early so we can go over a few basics before we start. Everyone goes at their own pace and we have modified movements for all levels. This is a musical experience like no other.
