Come join our learning collaborative for the March AOT Community of Practice put on by the Center for Behavioral Health and Justice. This month we will discussing how to conduct a thorough AOT assessment with our guest presenter Dr. Brian Littleton.
Dr. Brian Littleton is a licensed psychologist with a primary focus on severe mental illness (SMI) populations and psychological assessment. He is a professor of psychology at Mott Community College and serves as adjunct faculty in the counseling psychology program at Wayne State University, where he teaches psychological assessment. Dr. Littleton maintains a private practice specializing in evaluations and assessments. Additionally, he is a psychologist for Genesee Health System's Assisted Outpatient Treatment (AOT) program. Dr. Littleton earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, a master's of science in clinical health psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a doctorate in counseling psychology from Western Michigan University. He completed an APA-accredited internship at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, focusing on recovery and SMI.
