Why do some thrive on change while others prefer consistency? What makes certain leaders naturally inspiring? These questions and more are central to understanding the complexities of personality and leveraging these insights for better interpersonal relationships and team dynamics. Join Nikita Mikhailov, co-author of Personality: A User’s Guide, as we move beyond simplistic categorizations like "introvert" and "extravert" to delve into the deeper elements that drive behavior.
