2025 School of Information Sciences Career Fair
10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The School of Information Sciences' Annual Career Fair will be held on May 8, 2025 on the campus of Wayne State University, inside the Community Room at the David Adamany Undergraduate Library. The career fair will begin with a networking session, giving students the opportunity to connect directly with potential employers in the information sciences field. This will be followed by an open career advising session with SIS Career Advisor Kim Schroeder.

We are happy to welcome a growing list of employers on-site for the 10am event. University of Michigan Libraries, Allied Vaughan, Detroit Public Library, Flint Public Library and Troy Public Library will all be in attendance.
11:40am – 12:30pm
Career Advisor, Kim Schroeder will hold an open career advising session talking about getting your ideal job and innovating your job search.
Students from all programs within the School of Information Sciences are encouraged to attend. Business casual attire is recommended, and don't forget to bring several copies of your resume.
This is a valuable opportunity to explore career options, make professional connections, and potentially discover internship or job opportunities in libraries, information management, and related fields.
