Sandra D. Adams, CFP®, is a Partner and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional at Center for Financial Planning, Inc.®. Sandy has over 25 years of experience in the financial planning industry. She was nationally recognized by Forbes as a Top Woman Wealth Advisor Best-in-State in 2025 for the sixth consecutive year, and recognized on Forbes’ 2025 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list. Sandy specializes in Elder Care Financial Planning and is a frequent speaker on related topics. In addition to making frequent contributions to The Center’s “Money Centered” blog, she serves as a trusted source for national publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Research Magazine, and Retirement Daily. 

Logan Dimitrie, CFP®, is an Associate Financial Planner and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at Center for Financial Planning, Inc.® He joined the Center in January 2022 after meeting a few team members while competing in the North American Corporate Chess League. Logan transitioned from the senior living industry to the financial services industry in December 2018. Logan's previous experience as a Senior Retirement Plan Service Associate offered him the opportunity to develop an expertise with Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). At The Center, he is leveraging his experience to support the longevity practice group.

Sandy and Logan will talk about the book “Finding Your Center” which they and the planners at their firm recently wrote to help people better understand financial planning and how it can make their lives better. We will discuss some of the key points from the books, covering topics such as goal-based planning, personal financial statements, retirement planning (including Social Security and Medicare), investment management, tax planning, charitable giving, insurance, longevity planning, and estate planning. We will leave plenty of time for YOUR questions (and our answers)!
