The Center for Emerging and Infectious Diseases is pleased to host a webinar on Dec. 18, 2025 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. The seminar is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
The seminar, Protecting against respiratory illness: COVID-19, flu, RSV & pneumococcal vaccines, will cover the following topics and provide evidence based-strategies related to:
- COVID-19, Influenza, RSV and Pneumococcal vaccine safety and effectiveness
- Clinic, community, and hospital-based vaccination strategies
- Addressing vaccine hesitancy
The seminar will be presented by Dr. Paul Kilgore, professor of pharmacy practice in the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and co-director of the Center for Emerging and Infectious Diseases at Wayne State University.
